Just the location itself! Literally everything you need and want is walking distance from my apartment. Dillon's, Walgreens, post office, Paisanos Italian restaurant, pharmacy, Gage Park, bus stop, the highway is super close! I feel safe and the staff is amazing! I also get to park my car in the garage which is nice.. :)

Location played a major role in choosing Fleming Court as my new home. I can stroll or ride my bike through the beautiful Gage Park, take in an evening concert, and enjoy the Zoo and its many events. Shopping, restaurants, and a good cup of coffee are right next door! My neighbors are friendly, the staff is attentive, and I feel safe! My Fleming Court home is a perfect fit for me!

Fleming Court Apartments are truly a gem. The manager is a very hard worker for us residents and the maintenance men are on top of everything. Also the location couldn’t be any better with grocery shopping and restaurants just around the corner. And if you enjoy quiet walks the zoo is just across the street with lots of trails to enjoy. I have truly enjoyed my time at Fleming Court Apartments.
